Vitebsk Regional Property Committee: Land Orderliness is Under Government Control

In the Vitebsk region, there are a number of unused real estate objects that have been repeatedly put up for auction but have not yet found a buyer.

Organizations and individual entrepreneurs have the opportunity to acquire such an object at auction for a base rate for its subsequent dismantling and demolition, with the aim of using the construction materials obtained from its dismantling.

The possibility of selling objects designated for demolition without transferring land plots to buyers (in cases where the buyer is interested in using the materials obtained from demolition) is provided for by Presidential Decree No. 169.

In this regard, a list of objects subject to write-off with subsequent demolition and land reclamation in 2021 has been approved in the Vitebsk region.
