Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: Objects of the former fruit and vegetable market sold at auction in Vitebsk

Objects of the former fruit and vegetable storage at Gorky Street in Vitebsk have been sold at auction.

All objects were put up for auction by the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee for the third time, this time with an 80% price reduction. Each object had two buyers. 

The fruit storage facility at Gorky Street, 198/11, with a total area of 630 sq. m., was sold during the bidding for 26,000 rubles to a resident of Vitebsk.

The compressor station at Gorky Street, 198/6, with a total area of 552 sq. m., was sold during the bidding for 21,921 rubles to a resident of Vitebsk.

The new owners plan to use the acquired facilities as warehouse premises.
