Vitebsk Regional Property Committee: a list of real estate objects that can be transferred free of charge has been determined

A list of real estate properties that can be transferred free of charge has been determined.

The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, together with district executive committees, has prepared a list of unused real estate properties that can be transferred to investors free of charge (provided that an investment project is developed and implemented).

At the investor's request, or if there are several interested parties, the properties can be put up for auction at a base price.

One of these properties is the complex of unused property "Former Count's Estate in the village of Vidzy-Lovchinskie" – a monument of historical and cultural value of the 18th century with a total area of 1120 sq. m., located in the Braslav district on the shore of Lake Dvornoye on a land plot of 17.2 hectares with a mineral water source.

The Vovzhetsky Estate in the village of Vidzy-Lovchinskie was built in the late 18th - early 19th centuries. The first owners of the estate were the Vovzhetsky family. In 1759, Tomasz Vovzhetsky, who participated in Tadeusz Kościuszko's liberation uprising of 1794, was born in the estate.

Currently, the estate is a monument of estate and park architecture. The center of the estate's composition is a one-story wooden house built on a stone foundation. Opposite the estate house is a formal rectangular parterre. On one side, it is adjacent to a utility yard and brick outbuildings, and on the other, a landscape park with interesting tree species: gray walnut, brittle willow, European larch, Norway maple, silver maple, and pedunculate oak.
