Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: the procedure for compiling an interactive passport for a real estate object has been determined

On November 12, Resolution of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus No. 28 came into force, approving the instructions on the procedure for compiling an interactive passport for real estate.

An interactive passport is a model of a real estate object created electronically in 3D format using information modeling technology, containing information about the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of such an object in space and time, integrated into the model as separate information layers.

The goals of creating an interactive passport have become increasingly clear, and currently, the main ones are attracting investments, increasing the investment attractiveness of properties, their sale, and the digital preservation of our country's cultural heritage.

Interactive passports will be compiled by republican and territorial organizations for the state registration of immovable property, rights to it, and transactions therewith under a contract for work in relation to land plots, capital structures (buildings, structures), unfinished conserved capital structures, isolated premises, and parking spaces.

You can visually familiarize yourself with the process of creating an interactive passport in the video.
