Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: Creative Workshops Granted Rent Benefits

In response to incoming requests, clarifications on this matter have been provided by the Ministry of Culture and the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

A reducing coefficient of 0.1 may be applied when calculating rental fees for areas leased by creative unions, their organizational structures, for the placement of a creative workshop, up to and including 100 sq.m.

If the area of the creative workshop exceeds 100 sq.m., the coefficient of 0.1 is applied to 100 sq.m., and the exceeding area is not subject to preferential rates.

At the same time, a member of a creative union can be provided with only one creative workshop with the application of a reducing coefficient.
