Training center in Gorodok sold to investor from New Zealand for a base value.

On April 27, another successful auction was held at the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee.

The unfinished building of the training complex of the Gorodok State Agrarian-Technical College was sold at auction for a base value. The training complex, with a total area of 2091 sq. m., was put up for auction for the 9th time and was eventually sold for 30 rubles to the sole buyer – a citizen of New Zealand. It is planned to organize a packaging production of agricultural products in the acquired building.

In addition, the school building in the agro-town of Slavnoye, Tolochin district, which was put up for auction for the 5th time, was sold. The facility was sold for 60 rubles to the sole buyer – an investor from Moscow. The new owner plans to open a recreation center after reconstruction.
