Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: The price at the auction for the sale of a classroom building in Novopolotsk increased 445 times

On May 15, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee held 4 successful auctions at once.

During the bidding, the price increased 445 times and amounted to 16,500 rubles. The new owner is a local private organization that plans to reconstruct the facility into warehouse premises for use in its production activities.

Also on May 15, objects in Glubokoye, Begoml, and Polotsk found their owners.

Since the beginning of the year, the committee has held a total of 58 successful auctions. Almost 450 thousand rubles have been transferred to the state budget.

By the end of May, the committee has scheduled another 52 auctions for the sale of unused state property.
