Vitebsk Regional Property Committee: 81 auctions announced in October, 54 of which are for the base price

Over the 9 months of this year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has already held 100 successful auctions, with the state budget being replenished by more than 2.6 million rubles.

The committee has scheduled 81 auctions for October for the sale of unused state property.

Among the offered properties are many social facilities – 30 former kindergartens and schools are being offered, of which 22 properties are put up for auction with a starting price equal to one base value. Despite the social orientation of these properties, they can also be used for organizing production activities.

Among the most interesting properties is a recreation center located in the Polotsk district in a picturesque pine forest.

The recreation center itself was built in 1997 and is in good condition. It includes a holiday house, a bathhouse, a swimming pool, a garage, and has electricity, water supply, sewage, electric heating equipment, and a fireplace. The property is being offered with a 50% price reduction – for 75 thousand rubles.

In October, 12 Houses of Culture, 3 bath and laundry complexes, 2 confectionery shops, 5 administrative buildings, and 8 shops are put up for auction.

Also offered for sale at auction is one historical and cultural value object – the Carmelite monastery in the center of the town of Glubokoye, an architectural monument of the 18th century, where Napoleon Bonaparte once stayed on his way to Moscow. The monastery building can be purchased on October 10 for the base value.
