Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: Objects in Braslav District Sold for the Basic Amount for Housing
Another successful auction was held on March 24 at the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee. Objects in the Braslav district were sold for the base value for housing.
Two library buildings, one located in the village of Teterki and the other in the village of Sprindy, Braslav district, were sold at auction for 1 base value. Both buildings have been put up for auction 10 times – attempts to sell them were made since 2015.
The library in Teterki, built in 1984, with a total area of 95 sq. m., was purchased for 30 rubles by a local resident. The library in Sprindy, built in 1975, with a total area of 94 sq. m., was purchased for 30 rubles by a resident of Minsk.

Both objects will be used by the new owners for housing. This year, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee has sold 13 unused objects at auctions. Of these, 8 were offered with a 80% reduction in the sale price, and 5 objects were sold for 1 base value.
