Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: in four years, 638 unused facilities have already been put into economic circulation in the Orsha region

The development of the Orsha region and the involvement of unused property in economic circulation are under special control of the Head of State, the government, and the regional leadership.

Thanks to the adoption of Decree No. 506, the region has been provided with unprecedented support measures designed to stimulate development in all spheres of activity.

In accordance with the government's directive, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, jointly with the Orsha District Executive Committee, updated the list of unused real estate objects in the region as of October 1, 2022 (http://fondgosim.vitebsk.by/property/orsha2020.pdf).

Initially, during the inspection of property use of both state and private ownership conducted in September 2018, 624 unused objects were identified. A plan for their involvement in economic circulation was developed for all objects, broken down by year until 2023.

Over the past four years, 638 objects have been involved in economic circulation or demolished, which is 87.2% of the 732 identified unused objects. As of today, 109 objects remain uninvolved.
