Vitebsk Regional Property Committee: Over the past 3 years, 608 properties have been put into economic circulation in the Orsha region.

The development of the Orsha region and the involvement of unused property in economic circulation are under special control of the Head of State, the government, and the regional leadership.

Thanks to the adoption of Decree No. 506, the region has been provided with unprecedented support measures designed to stimulate development in all spheres of activity.

All enterprises of the Orsha district are granted the following preferences: profit tax benefits – the possibility of applying an investment deduction; VAT benefits on imported goods – up to 0%; state duty benefits; VAT benefits on goods for construction and equipping facilities in the Orsha district, as well as other benefits.

In accordance with the government's directive, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, together with the Orsha District Executive Committee, updated the list of unused real estate objects in the region as of January 1, 2022.

Initially, during the inspection of property use of both state and private ownership conducted in September 2018, 624 unused objects were identified. For all objects, a plan was developed for their involvement in economic circulation, broken down by year until 2023.

Over the past three years, 608 objects have been involved in economic circulation or demolished, which is 86.5% of the 703 identified unused objects. As of today, 114 objects remain uninvolved.
