Vitebskoblimushchestvo Committee: The building of the former Polyclinic No. 5 in Vitebsk has been sold at auction. 88 auctions are scheduled for June.

The building of the former polyclinic No. 5 on Gagarin Street in Vitebsk was sold by the committee at an electronic auction on June 7.

The area of the building was insufficient to serve the 23,000 residents of Vitebsk who are registered at this polyclinic. In September of last year, polyclinic No. 5 moved to a renovated three-story building on Kommunisticheskaya Street.

The building of the former polyclinic, built in 1938, was put up for sale for the first time without a reduction in the sale price.

The property was acquired for 250,000 rubles by an individual entrepreneur from Vitebsk, who was the sole participant in the auction.

After the reconstruction of the real estate property, it is possible to accommodate multi-apartment buildings, a public facility, or establish an environmentally friendly production.

Among the new properties offered for sale by the committee, one can note the educational building of the Lepel State Agrarian-Technical College, located in Lepel itself.

The educational building, which has not been used since 2022, is in good technical condition. Part of the premises is currently leased.

This is the largest real estate property offered for sale in June. Its total area is over nine thousand square meters.

The educational building consists of several rooms with heights ranging from one to four floors.

It also housed laboratories for preparing hot meals, retail equipment, commodity science, and a dormitory. A football stadium is located on the territory. There are electricity, water supply, and heating networks.

The amount of funds received from the sale of unused state property this year has increased by almost 2 times compared to the same period last year.

In 5 months of this year, the committee conducted 49 successful auctions totaling 908 thousand rubles. The most in-demand properties were those offered at the base rate – there were 37 successful auctions for such properties.

The largest number of real estate properties were sold in the Tolochinsky, Verkhnedvinsky, and Vitebsk regions.
