Memory medicine
A resident of Daugavpils, Valery (name changed), paid a total of 1000 base units for his forgetfulness. While crossing the customs border of the EAEU, Valery was transporting hashish, previously purchased in Amsterdam, in his car, which was discovered by officers of the Vitebsk Customs during customs control.
Valery explained this fact by stating that he had forgotten about the narcotic substance that remained after his use in Amsterdam.
A peculiar "memory aid" for Vasily was the verdict of the Braslav District Court, according to which he will have to pay a fine of 1000 base units, as well as part with the car on which he crossed the border, for committing crimes provided for by Art. 328-1, 328 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
