Excess returned

During supervisory activities, the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office established the excessive withholding of funds from a citizen's income under an enforcement document. The reason for this was the improper performance of duties by the claimant in the enforcement proceedings.

As a result of the measures taken, the issue of returning the amounts unreasonably withheld from the debtor has been resolved.

The prosecutor's office will continue to carry out measures aimed at ensuring compliance with legislation during the execution of enforcement documents.
