Larisa ZINKEVICH, Deputy Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Vitebsk Region:
– This forum is a demonstration of a set of preventive measures aimed at forming a healthy lifestyle among citizens. The National Strategy of Belarus defines that to preserve the health of our population, a state mechanism for forming a healthy lifestyle should be developed. A lot of work is being done in this direction in the region, and all conditions are in place for physical education and sports. Our enterprises are constantly expanding their range of products enriched with micronutrients, therapeutic, prophylactic, dietary, and other types of nutrition. But people must understand that their health depends by 50% on their personal attitude towards themselves, towards how they live.
