The awards ceremony and gala concert for the participants of the XXIII International Children's Music Competition "Vitebsk-2025" took place in the concert hall. Within the framework of the event, young Belarusian artist Amaliya Sukhan was awarded the Grand Prix of the competition. She received the main prize – the "Lyra" statuette – the day before from the hands of the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, during the opening of the XXXIV International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk".

Miras Nagashibay from Kazakhstan won a first prize diploma at the competition. The second prize was shared by Zaur Baragunov from Russia and Mireille McKay from Malta. The third prize diploma went to Lev Smertin from Moldova and Matey Beshenjiev from Bulgaria.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, which supports the international festival, established special prizes for the competition participants. These awards were presented to Amaliya Sukhan and Zaur Baragunov.

The special prize named after Igor Luchenok for the best embodiment of the national theme and high performance skills was awarded to Miras Nagashibay (Kazakhstan).

The Chairman of the competition jury, Evgeny Oleynik, noted that Miras Nagashibay was the only participant who chose a soundtrack from a cartoon in his native language for his performance and performed it at a high level. He also emphasized the importance for young performers to pay more attention to their national heritage in their creative work.

For the first time, a special prize from the Executive Committee of the CIS was established at the competition, which went to the youngest participant – 11-year-old Milana Ordakyan from Armenia. She received the "Crystal Note of the Commonwealth" from the First Deputy Secretary General of the CIS, Igor Petrishenko.

– The positive emotions and mood that prevail here speak volumes. If you have made friends and met here, this friendship will last forever. This festival is a landmark event within the framework of cultural cooperation between independent states. We decided to support the youngest contestants who came from their countries with parents and teachers, and, of course, were worried. Thank you to the professional and talented jury for their work, – noted Igor Petrishenko. He expressed confidence that Milana Ordakyan's creative path is just beginning.

Jury member of the international competition Yana Klyavina prepared a special prize for the participants.

– Last year, Kaleriya from Latvia received a special prize from the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko "Slavic Hope". Having learned that I would be on the jury of the XXIII International Children's Music Competition this year, she passed on her gift to me. Kaleriya has written many songs for artists, and by the way, your Belarusian performer Anya Trubetskaya performs her compositions. I believe that every young artist needs their own repertoire and their own song, – noted Yana Klyavina and presented Zaur Baragunov with a certificate for a song.
