The awards found their heroes

The responsible attitude of prosecutors to the performance of their official duties, their professionalism are the key to the effective and efficient exercise of prosecutorial supervision. The results of the successful work of prosecutors do not go unnoticed and are marked by awards and incentives.

For many years of conscientious work, impeccable performance of official duties, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the head of the organizational and control department of the Vitebsk region prosecutor's office, I.N. Bogachev, was awarded the medal "For Labor Merits". For impeccable performance of official duties, the medal "For Impeccable Service" of the III degree was awarded to the Deputy Prosecutor of Vitebsk city L.P. Kim, and the Deputy Prosecutor of Vitebsk district P.L. Domashevsky.

For a conscientious attitude to the performance of official duties, professionalism, qualified and high-quality conduct of inspections in military units for compliance with legislation aimed at ensuring the safety of military property, ensuring safe service conditions, as well as preventing non-statutory relations between servicemen, in accordance with the incentive procedure, the next class rank of justice advisor was awarded one step higher than that due for the position held to the senior prosecutor of the department of the Vitebsk region prosecutor's office for supervision of legislation enforcement in the troops, V.K. Kolbun.

For fruitful cooperation with the border service bodies, contribution to the implementation of state border policy and assistance in ensuring the border security of the Republic of Belarus, the head of the department of the Vitebsk region prosecutor's office for supervision of legislation enforcement in the troops, I.N. Korzhov, was awarded the badge of distinction of the border service bodies "For assistance to the border service bodies".

These awards were presented by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus A.V. Konyuk at the collegium of the Vitebsk region prosecutor's office when summarizing the results of the work of the prosecutor's offices of the Vitebsk region for the first half of 2016.
