On April 30, an oil products warehouse located on the outskirts of Chashniki town in the village of Varki was sold at electronic auctions organized by the committee.DJI_0930-4.jpg

Built in 1989, the oil depot was used for storing oil products by the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Vitebskoblnefteprodukt" until 2025.

The depot's territory covers over 8 hectares and includes 13 buildings. 20 tanks with a total volume of over 5000 cubic meters are used for storing oil products. Access railway tracks from the nearby railway line are connected to the territory. The oil depot was put up for auction three times since February with a phased price reduction. As a result, with an 80% price reduction, the facility was purchased for 345,660 Belarusian rubles by a private organization from the Brest region engaged in the production of wood products. This facility became the most expensive among those sold by the committee this year. Since the beginning of the year, the committee has conducted 43 successful auctions. This has allowed the state budget to be replenished by 1.3 million Belarusian rubles.

The committee has scheduled 74 auctions for the sale of unused state property for May. For the convenience of auction participants, all objects are put up for sale using an electronic trading platform on the Internet (Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange).

It can be noted that based on the results of the first quarter of this year, the Vitebsk region ranked first among all regions of the country in terms of the number of objects involved in economic circulation.
