Rash act

We often commit thoughtless acts and then have to bitterly regret what we have done, but unfortunately, what is done cannot be undone, and we have to answer for what we have done.

Thus, after an argument with her cohabitant, Anna, born on 01.06.1988, previously not convicted, went to the bus station in Vitebsk to escape her problems, but acquired new ones. Near the "Voyage" store, she saw a man who was intoxicated, and decided to ask him for a cigarette. In response to her request, the man offered her a drink to keep her company. The girl did not mind, especially since she had nowhere to rush and no one was waiting for her at home. The guy gave the girl money for alcohol, and the girl, after standing in line and going outside, saw him sleeping on the grass. Without thinking for long, she heard a phone ringing in his pocket and decided to take it out of his pocket and keep it for herself. She understood that she was committing theft, but greed took over her. She subsequently sold the phone to an acquaintance and disposed of the money as she saw fit.

By the verdict of the court of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Vitebsk, the girl was sentenced under Part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus to 240 hours of community service. The damage caused by the crime was partially compensated by the girl during the investigation.
