Incomprehensible art

To the Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor's Office, citizen B. approached for a personal appointment with a statement about an "unusual" picture drawn on a building located near the prosecutor's office, which is surrounded on several sides by preschool institutions.

During the inspection of this fact, it was found that on one of the second-floor windows of the specified building, a picture containing elements of mysticism and cruelty is depicted. At the same time, the nature of the image attracts the attention of children attending nearby kindergartens, evokes feelings of fear and horror in them, and has a negative psychological impact on the little ones.

Resolving this issue required prompt prosecutorial response measures, as a result of which the window was cleared of the given image on the same day before parents returned with their children from kindergartens.

In addition, the Vitebsk Transport Prosecutor's Office had previously emphasized to the local executive authorities the need to take measures to prevent unauthorized access of unauthorized persons to the vacant building. However, the fact of the image being applied indicates the possibility of free entry and, as a consequence, the insufficiency of the measures taken by the authorities. In this regard, the transport prosecutor, in his order, demanded that additional measures be taken to ensure the safety of the population's life activities.
