Agrokombinat 'Yubileyny' of the Orsha district has been included in the Republican Board of Honor

Агрокомбинат «Юбилейный» Оршанского района занесен на Республиканскую доску Почета
Agro-combine "Yubileiny" of the Orsha district can rightfully be called a leader in agricultural production and processing not only of the Vitebsk region, but also of Belarus. Based on the results of last year's work, the enterprise was included in the Republican Board of Honor.

Agro-combine "Yubileiny" invests more than 20 million rubles in production development. The goal of the strategy is one – to increase the efficiency of the technological chain, which at the enterprise is built in accordance with the head of state's requirement to ensure the production cycle "from field to counter".

The scale is evident from the figures: 17 thousand hectares of land, 12.5 thousand heads of cattle, 30 thousand pigs.

Today, the combine sells more than 138 tons of milk daily. This is half of the total volume of the entire Orsha district. The profitability of production last year without state support was 20%.

– Over the past 5 years, we have reoriented our revenue structure. If a decade ago the main share was in pig farming, we developed our own store chain and processing, then today pig farming provides only 1.5-2% profitability, – says the head of the agro-combine Alexander Firsin. – The costs in pig farming are huge. Therefore, first of all, we changed the structure of sown areas – we started sowing more rapeseed. So, last year we harvested 7.5 thousand tons of gross yield of this crop. This is a good indicator. Grain together with corn – 30 thousand tons in barn weight. We worked well with feed – we prepared 35 centners of feed units per conventional head. This allowed us to fully provide the livestock with quality feed in sufficient quantities.

The number of cows at the enterprise has significantly increased. 4 years ago, the MTK "Kupalinka" for 2 thousand heads of dairy herd was put into operation. Today, this complex produces 66 tons of milk per day. And in 2022, SUP "Borzdovka-agro" and the robotic dairy complex "Pavlinka", which produces 55 tons of milk per day, were joined to the agro-combine "Yubileiny". By the way, 2 years ago this was less than 20 tons.

– Thanks to milk and rapeseed, we achieved overall profitability for the enterprise, – notes Alexander Firsin. – We commissioned a feed mill with a capacity of 10 tons per hour and are launching a new grain drying complex with a capacity of 100 tons per hour. Its trial run was conducted on the 2023 harvest. A grain storage facility for 10 thousand tons was installed on the territory of the grain drying complex. Plus, meal storage, which is important.

The head emphasized that after the President's visit in 2022, the agro-combine was allocated funds for the modernization of the "Babiniichi" machine yard. It was concreted, gas was supplied, and infrared heaters were installed. A new heating system for the workshops also appeared. Today, it is a showcase facility with state-of-the-art equipment, where all conditions for repairs of any complexity have been created.

Currently, the agro-combine is implementing a project for the construction of additional buildings for the RMTK "Pavlinka". By October of this year, it is planned to commission 5 buildings for housing heifers and raising high-quality heifers for the production of its own herd.

– The first phase involved the construction of a building for the dairy herd and a calf barn; the second phase of the project is currently being implemented. After all these premises are put into operation, we will have a complete cycle, – notes Alexander Firsin.

Extensive work is being done to equip the combine with modern machinery. For example, just the other day, a new self-propelled feed mixer was purchased using own funds.

As for pork production, it has a complete cycle. The raised livestock is processed in its own shop and sold in the company's branded stores, of which there are now more than 20.

The "Yubileiny" agro-combine sets an example of how to treat people, land, and equipment. These are the components of success.

– To achieve something, it is necessary to work through the entire technological process down to the smallest details, – the head is confident. – Links form a single chain. Today, if you don't keep pace with the times and even stay ahead of them, nothing will happen. Where there is a dictatorship of technology, high-tech machines and equipment, there will be young people in agriculture.

Indeed, young men and women, upon arriving at their first workplace at "Yubileiny", stay here to work.

All conditions are created for young specialists:

housing;

good salary (average for the combine is over 2 thousand rubles);

excellent social package;

medical insurance.

– I myself am from Chashniksky district, I have been working here for the third year and I am not going anywhere. My duties include the prevention and treatment of diseases in young animals, – says Elena Bet, a veterinarian at RMTK "Pavlinka". By the way, Elena's portrait adorns the enterprise's Honor Board.

Ulyana Ryzhik and Alexander Orlovsky, operators of the livestock complex, gladly spoke about their first workplaces and the conditions created for people.
