Alexander Subbotin presented keys to new apartments to large families from Dubrovno
– This event is significant in the life of the region, – noted the head of the region. – Today, children's laughter is already heard in the new building, and this is gratifying. – The social infrastructure is developing, new jobs are being created, the standard of living of people is increasing – all this is a significant contribution to the future of the region.
It is noteworthy that the new building joined the ranks of typical multi-story buildings in the microdistrict in less than a year – the builders met the tight deadlines. The Customer was the Capital Construction Department of the Orsha District Executive Committee, the General Contractor was Construction Trust No. 18 of OJSC "Orshansky". Of the 40 apartments, 35 were built with shared equity participation of citizens, 5 are rental housing. A children's playground and parking are located on the courtyard territory.
– Today, all conditions are being created in Dubrovno to live, work, raise children, and relax, – said the Chairman of the Dubrovno District Executive Committee, Anatoly Lukashov, during the grand opening. – We often say that it is good when the social infrastructure is developed. But it is no less important to have jobs. With the appearance of housing, highly qualified specialists will come to the district center and settle there with their families.
The head of the district emphasized that this year it is planned to lay the foundation for another apartment building in the district center. And according to the master plan for the city's development, 15 multi-story buildings are planned in this microdistrict. The current one is the third.
The Vasilenko large family from the village of Stanislavovo has already appreciated the coziness, successful layout, and fresh renovation. The couple and their three children exchanged their small village house for a comfortable apartment in a new building. They used family capital funds for shared construction.
– I can’t believe I already have the keys to my new home! – the woman shares her emotions. Now my husband and I will commute to work at our native farm – the Yury Smirnov Agricultural Production Branch of the Orsha Grain Processing Plant OJSC – by company transport. Fortunately, it’s not far from Dubrovno, five kilometers away. And the children study at the city school.
It is noteworthy that 18 out of 31 large families who moved into new homes used family capital funds ahead of schedule. In total, there are 158 large families living in the Dubrovno district.
In total, 3.3 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the district in 2021. This is 2.3 thousand more than the previous year.
