Anatoly Linevich held a personal reception and a "hotline" in Sharkovshchina

During a "direct line" and personal reception held in Sharkovshchina by Presidential Aide - Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Anatoly Linevich, residents of the region raised a variety of issues, the vast majority of which were specific and, as Anatoly Linevich noted when summarizing the reception, 80% solvable on the spot. This fact should be taken into account by district-level managers when organizing work with the population. They should be more attentive to the problems that concern people. And the "pain points" here, as the appeals showed, are practically the same as in other regions. These include land disputes, claims regarding the work of the housing and communal services, issues of trade and transport services, and firewood supply.

Residents of one of the old buildings would like their house to be insulated, while residents of another would like water and sewage to be connected. Both wishes are feasible, they were told. However, the residents of the first building should know that facade insulation is carried out at the expense of the residents themselves, so they should be prepared for such costs. Resolving the second request requires time. Therefore, one cannot expect that work to fundamentally change the living conditions of the applicants will begin the day after the visit to the Presidential Aide, Anatoly Konstantinovich clarified.

The issue raised by the residents of the agro-town of Bildyugi, where the retail chain "Evroopt" is closing its store, citing low revenue and the fact that two consumer cooperative retail outlets remain in the settlement, requires further study. In addition, "Evroopt" does not intend to leave the town – instead of a stationary outlet, a mobile shop will serve the population.

The desire of the residents of Bildyugi to have a stationary store is understood by both the district authorities and the Presidential Aide. However, a private network owner will not operate at a loss. The next issue – the organization of weekend bus services on the Sharkovshchina – Vitebsk route also requires study. The woman who requested this explained that due to the lack of transport links, students cannot come home for the weekend and return to their studies.

As one of the appeals to the President's Aide showed, more extensive explanatory work on new legislative acts needs to be carried out. In particular, the procedure for connecting houses to electric heating, which was supplemented in February of this year, raises questions. To obtain such permission, at the final stage, it is necessary to commission the reconstructed facility. For this, the property owner applies to the BTI service, obtains a statement of technical characteristics (technical passport) there, and then goes to the district executive committee to obtain an approved act of commissioning the electrical installation. Those who switch to electric heating should know that according to Decree of the President No. 127 of April 14, 2020 "On reimbursement of expenses for electricity supply of the operated housing stock," part of the expenses for carrying out work on electricity supply for heating, hot water supply, and cooking purposes is reimbursed. In addition to residents of Sharkovshchina, residents of Orsha and Novopolotsk were also registered for appointments with the President's Aide.

As part of a working trip to Sharkovshchina, Anatoly Linevich met with the staff of DSU-26. During the conversation, issues of investment in road construction, development and improvement of the district center, creation of recreation areas in the suburban area, and the use of natural gas for heating were discussed.

Anatoly Linevich noted that the road workers of Sharkovshchina have the opportunity to get work in Glubokoye, where a large volume of construction work is planned for the regional festival "Dazhynki-2022." But they need to take care of this themselves. In the future, it is planned to build a bypass road around the district center and hold "Dazhynki" in the urban settlement itself. Prospects for investing in the district center itself are also emerging. Plans include opening a house-building plant, creating production facilities for manufacturing wood-based materials, bottling juices, and expanding the capabilities of the central water supply system.

The issue of connecting the residents of the village of Radyuki to natural gas was also raised, as the central supply pipe has been extended to the settlement. The President's aide promised to study the issue and provide the applicant with an answer.
