The BRSM of the Vitebsk region is preparing to celebrate the Day of National Unity under the slogan – “Unity in the hands of youth!”

– This holiday holds special significance as a symbol of unity and solidarity, reminding us of the importance of the struggle for independence and sovereignty, – emphasized the First Secretary of the Regional Committee of the BRSM, **Zhanna Naritsyna**. – The Day of National Unity serves as a symbol of the unification of the Belarusian people, calling on us to remember that we, the citizens of Belarus, form a single whole and must act in solidarity to achieve our common goals.

For the first time in **Vitebsk**, on September 14, a cover band festival will be held in the Park of the 1000th Anniversary, with a water lantern show as a surprise. In the **Zheleznodorozhny District of Vitebsk**, the park of culture and recreation for railway workers will host an open dialogue, contests, raffles, and interactive platforms will be open.

On September 16, the historical component of the holiday will be discussed at the **Vitebsk State Technological College**, and a screening of the short film "Cultural Code" will be held at the **Vitebsk State Technological University**.

On September 17, the regional committee of the BRSM will launch the patriotic online marathon "Unity in the Hands of Youth," which will feature congratulations to all residents of the country on the Day of National Unity. In **Dokshitsy**, a race of generations and a rally on Hero of the Soviet Union I. Polevoy Square will be held on this day. The finale will be a vibrant flash mob. **Miory** youth will go on a bike ride to significant places in the city. In **Verkhnedvinsk**, the international historical and patriotic project "Digital Star" will be implemented. Youth will digitize monuments to the unknown soldier in the village of Kokhanovichi and to the underground fighters in the village of Proshki.

In **Glybokoye**, a film evening on a historical theme will be held. The youth of **Novopolotsk** will be united by a dialogue platform, as well as the republican patriotic event "Rodnae-Narodnae" (Native-National).

In **Senno**, a district competition of creative works "Colors of the World," dedicated to the Year of Quality and the Day of National Unity, will be launched.
