"In the context of growing fragmentation in the world and the chaotic nature of international relations, this factor is of particular importance. The SCO cultural space is multifaceted, and its potential must be effectively used to enhance the interconnectedness of all countries in the organisation's region. As an element of strengthening intercultural dialogue, we propose to hold a day of SCO national cultures under the auspices of the ministers of culture of the organisation's member states within the framework of the 'Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk' international arts festival in July 2024," the prime minister said.
In his opinion, this event could become a unique platform for showcasing the richness and diversity of the cultures of the SCO countries.
