A dialogue platform within the framework of the 'Presidential Republic' project was held at VGMU
During the dialogue platform, which was held as part of the "Presidential Republic" project, Dmitry Demidov recalled the successes our country has achieved over the years of independence in building a socially oriented, legal, democratic state, where the main value is the working person and their well-being.
– Including in the healthcare sector, tremendous work has been done in recent decades. The level of training of our medical workers and the equipment of healthcare institutions are among the highest in the world. This is evidenced by the assessments of the World Health Organization and international ratings. All this indicates that the state's policy is focused on the person, for whom the state strives to create comfortable conditions for the emergence of large families and the development of the institution of motherhood and childhood, – noted Dmitry Demidov.
The head of the deputy corps stressed the importance of informing about the work being done in the country to create a socially oriented state, and the need to maintain this course for the sake of preserving peace, well-being, and unity.
– Today, it is necessary to talk with young people so that they know and appreciate the rich experience accumulated by previous generations. So that in their work and development, they are guided by those life guidelines and moral values that have always been inherent in Belarusians, – added Dmitry Demidov.
Dean of the Pediatric Faculty of VGMU Tatyana Ryabova noted that healthcare is improving every year.
– A significant amount of funds is directed towards the development of the healthcare sector. The dynamics are positive, and based on my experience of interacting with other countries, I want to say that many envy our healthcare system, our capabilities, both in terms of student training and in providing medical care to patients, from birth onwards, – noted Tatyana Ryabova.
