Days of the Pskov region will be held in Vitebsk

The Pskov Region Days in Vitebsk will be held from July 27 to 30. This large-scale festival will allow guests to learn about the culture, tourism potential, economic resources, investment opportunities, producers, and patriotic movement of the Pskov region.

A grand celebration with a rich cultural program will unfold on Millennium Square. The region's best musical groups will perform on the main stage for guests, including the Pskov Region Governor's Symphony Orchestra, the "Pskov" Ensemble of Russian Music, the Honored Folk Art Collective of Russia "SKAZ" Ensemble named after V. G. Rumyantsev, and the Honored Folk Art Collective "Russkiye Uzory" Dance Theater. A special children's program with a performance by the Pskov Regional Puppet Theater and interactive entertainment has been prepared for the youngest visitors.

The Pskov bands Radioband and Drum&Jazz will provide energetic dances at the festival. In the evening, festival guests can enjoy a multimedia show with musical fountains and a water fireworks display.

A fair space will also be set up in the park, showcasing producers and artisans of applied arts from the Pskov region, including grape snails, cheese products, ice cream, confectionery, blacksmithing, and more.

An industrial exhibition will greet visitors with an exposition of products from the region's largest enterprises, a tasting area for sbiten and candied cranberries, and a photo zone featuring pressed products from one of the Pskov companies.

At the tourism-focused venue, visitors can learn about the sights, unique and iconic places, tourist routes, and museums of the Pskov region. This area will feature zones with flash mobs, master classes, tastings, and interactive games.

Festival guests can also attend events of the youth and patriotic block, including board games, a time capsule, and a quiz.

As part of the Pskov Region Days, a business program and the 9th meeting of the Working Group on Cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Pskov Region of the Russian Federation are planned, chaired by the Governor of the Pskov Region M.Yu. Vedernikov and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus I.V. Petrishenko.
