The income from the use and sale of state property in 2024 amounted to over 37 million rubles

This amount also exceeds last year's figures (by more than 5%).

The main sources were revenues from the transfer of part of the profits of state enterprises – 13.8 million rubles, and dividends received from shares of enterprises – 12.4 million rubles. Revenue from the sale of property amounted to – 7.0 million rubles, from lease – 4.4 million rubles.

The largest income from the use of state property was generated in Vitebsk, Novopolotsk, and the Orsha region.

As a result of the work carried out in the Vitebsk region, 610 unused state-owned real estate objects were put into economic circulation and demolished, which allowed new owners to open production, service, and trade facilities, create jobs, give a second life to real estate objects, and also bring order to the land.

It can be noted that in terms of involving unused objects in economic circulation and their demolition, the Vitebsk region took a leading position among all regions of the republic.
