The festival tram began running in Vitebsk on the day ticket sales opened for the "Slavianski Bazaar".
In Vitebsk, a tram was launched in honor of "Slavianski Bazaar". On February 16, the day ticket sales for the 33rd forum began, the tram set off on its first route. This surprise was prepared by the festival directorate in conjunction with the Vitebsk Tram and Trolleybus Department, reported Gleb Lapitsky, director of the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" International Festival of Arts:
– From Friday, February 16, to Sunday inclusive, the festival tram, decorated with the festival's symbols – cornflowers, will run on route No. 1, and from next week it will run on route No. 6. Why route 6? Because the festival is the 33rd, and 3 plus 3 equals 6. Its uniqueness is not only in the cornflowers. Throughout the entire route, passengers are accompanied by the voice of the permanent host of the forum, Alena Spiridovich.
Indeed, the host, without whom "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" cannot do without, not only announced the names of the stops but also kindly invites everyone to the July forum:
«Dear passengers! I invite you to the festival tram. Alena Spiridovich is with you. And I wish you a good mood, pleasant companions, and lucky tickets. See you at the 33rd International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk"!»
