Dear citizens of the Russian Federation, residing permanently or temporarily in the Republic of Belarus!
In accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 20-FZ of February 22, 2014 "On Elections of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation", and the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 367 of June 17, 2021 "On the Appointment of Elections of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the new convocation", voting for the elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation in Vitebsk will be held on September 19, 2021, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at polling station No. 8045 in the building of the Vitebsk Culture Center, Mayakovsky Street, building 1.
All citizens of the Russian Federation who have reached the age of 18 by September 19, 2021 have the right to participate in the elections.
To participate in the voting, voters must have a document certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
Due to the epidemiological situation related to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, social distancing measures will be implemented at the polling stations in accordance with the recommendations. We ask voters to wear protective masks at the polling stations.
