Chairman of the Vitebsk region Alexander Subbotin visited the facilities of Vitebskoblgaz
This was announced by the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin during a visit to the agricultural enterprise "MazolovoGaz" of the unitary enterprise "Vitebskoblgaz". Currently, regional authorities regularly hold conference calls, during which, figuratively speaking, they synchronize their watches – they discuss problematic issues for carrying out sowing within optimal terms. Specifically, the readiness of equipment, the availability of fuel, and mineral fertilizers. At the moment, agronomic services are analyzing winter crops. So far, their condition is not causing concern. A seminar-meeting with the participation of officials and specialists will be held on Friday.
In "MazolovoGaz", the top dressing of winter cereals (670 ha) and cruciferous crops (600 ha) will begin soon. Four units of equipment will be involved in this, and the work is planned to be completed in less than a week. Sowing of early spring crops (500 ha) will take 4-5 days. Also, 700 ha of corn will be sown, of which 100 ha will be grown for grain.
In the agricultural sector, Alexander Subbotin visited the "Kalinovo" educational and practical center, built using the latest scientific and technological advancements, where an automated system for managing and dispatching cattle feeding has been implemented. He familiarized himself with the progress of the "Village of the Future" project by "Vitebskoblgaz," which includes a scientific and practical center for breeding pedigree cattle and milk production, an oilseed processing plant, and a Beauty and Health Center.
On this day, Alexander Subbotin also visited a number of "Vitebskoblgaz" facilities in the regional center. In particular, the emergency dispatch service (EDS) of the Vitebskgaz production department. A year and a half ago, modernization and technical re-equipment were carried out here, which allowed for more effective organization of work on localizing incidents and accidents, eliminating their consequences, and round-the-clock reception of incoming notifications, as well as monitoring the operating parameters of the gas supply and gas consumption system.
In the field of labor protection, an absolute innovation is a specially equipped chair that uses software to assess the psychological and physical condition of an employee based on several parameters. Each of the 53 EDS employees passes through this unique gateway before the start of their shift. Alexander Subbotin was invited to take the test.
