Igor Brylo discussed current education issues with the pedagogical community of Polotsk region
The advantages and disadvantages of the centralized examination, taking the exam on the History of Belarus, innovations in the admission campaign, targeted training, the status of basic education, and other issues became the topic of discussion during the meeting.
– For me, communication with both teachers and scientists is always important, – noted Igor Brylo. – I consider your opinion on the issues raised to be objective and very correct. It is the opinion of practitioners, specialists, that I will consolidate in my report to the Presidential Administration and, possibly, even in a separate letter to the Head of State. All of us, while improving the education system, must ensure that it is comfortable for parents, teachers, and, first and foremost, for our children. But before improving any system, in this case, in education, one should not break the previous one – this is precisely the approach of the Head of State.
