Investors are offered 116 real estate objects and 92 production sites
The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, in conjunction with district executive committees, has updated the list of unused real estate objects that can be transferred to investors on a gratuitous basis for the implementation of investment projects, or put up for auction at a base price.
This list includes 116 real estate objects. The largest number of objects are offered in the Gluboksky and Ushachsky districts.
The committee has also compiled a list of 92 production sites to offer investors for the creation of new and expansion of existing production facilities. Their total area is 506 hectares.
The largest unused production site among those offered is the site of the former brick factory, located in the Rossony district near the village of Albrekhtovo.
The production complex includes 24 buildings and structures with an area of 25,815 sq.m. Natural gas and water supply are connected to the factory site, and there is electricity supply.
