A forest quest to find the mirror of wishes will be held at Ded Moroz's residence in Polotsk

 The country residence of Ded Moroz and Snegurochka in Polotsk will open on December 15 at 2:00 PM.

As usual, a new program awaits boys and girls who will visit the main winter wizard. This year, the residence guests will have to go through an exciting forest quest, during which they will search for and collect fragments of the magic mirror of wishes. The evil Baba Yaga, who does not want the New Year to happen and the long-awaited holiday to come for the children, will set all sorts of intrigues and obstacles for the young adventure lovers. However, boys and girls can rely on Ded Moroz and his granddaughter Snegurochka and bravely pass the test. They will also need to unravel the mystery of the collected mirror so that it fulfills their wishes.

The entertainment theatrical program at the residence will be held from Friday to Sunday and on holidays, and on weekdays, children are invited to New Year's master classes. A photo session with fairy-tale characters also awaits guests. Traditionally, not only children from the city but also from other districts, as well as from Russia, come to the Ded Moroz and Snegurochka of Polotsk.

A special mailbox for letters from children has been installed in the residence of the forest wizard. Last year, New Year's correspondence came from different cities of Belarus and Russia: about 300 boys and girls wrote their kind wishes to Ded Moroz. This year, the mailbox at the residence has been receiving letters since October, and about 100 have already arrived. The grandfather with the white beard, along with his faithful assistant granddaughter, answers each of them, not leaving them without attention. As the organizers noted, among the senders are devoted fans of the Polotsk Ded Moroz. They thank him for responding to their previous letters and wish him all the best and brightest in the coming year.
