It successfully started last year, and a participant from the Vitebsk region took second place in it.
Welcoming the contestants, the chairperson of the jury, Svetlana Krasovskaya, Head of the Department of Methodological, Information, Innovation Activities and International Relations of "Zubronok", emphasized the importance of a counselor's pedagogical skills. The safety of children during their holidays, as well as the cohesion, organization, and engagement in interesting activities of the group, depend on their level.
– "A counselor is a 'bird-profession'," say those who spend their summers with children and even dream of escaping the stuffy city in the midst of the academic year," emphasizes Svetlana Krasovskaya. – While others are resting, the counselors of the health resort gain invaluable pedagogical experience that will help them excel in any area of education.
The festive atmosphere was unusually warm and heartfelt, as if summer had unexpectedly returned in the middle of autumn. The contestants shared their pedagogical experience and showcased their talents: they sang with a guitar, danced, and staged theatrical performances. Each participant was supported by their own group of trainees and colleagues.
The best counselors of the region came on stage with smiles, admitting that they felt completely in their element.
– I have been working with specialized youth groups for over five years: artists, vocalists, athletes, as well as with difficult teenagers registered with the Juvenile Affairs Inspectorate," says Yulia Kot. – All these children have equally captured my heart, left me with many pleasant memories, and helped me believe in my own abilities.
