A filling station complex has been opened in Chashniki after reconstruction
The previous filling station had been operating at this location for about 25 years. Despite periodic improvement works, it gradually ceased to meet modern requirements. The general contractor, BMSU-4 LLC from Minsk, according to the design and estimate documentation, could have completed the work only in May, but managed to finish it in January. Once favorable weather conditions set in, asphalt paving and external landscaping will be completed here.
– This facility has gained a new life. Located at the entrance to the district center, it will become its calling card, improve the quality of service for motorists, and the standard of living for the local population, – emphasized the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Anzhelika Nikitina, congratulating on the commissioning of Filling Station No. 63. – Its opening is a worthy start to the Year of Improvement, declared in Belarus. I am confident that in the coming months, you will be pleased with other renovated facilities.
On behalf of the district residents, the Chairman of the Chashniki District Executive Committee, Alexander Bykov, thanked the owners of the filling station complex – RUP "Belorusneft-Vitebskobleneftoprodukt" – for their contribution to the development of roadside services. He noted that the appearance of this modern, high-quality facility had been eagerly awaited.
The launch of the filling station is considered to have taken place after the initial refueling. Following tradition, a car belonging to a respected local resident is refueled free of charge. The first customer of ASZ-63 was Natalya Aleshkovskaya from Chashniki, who has performed a feat of motherhood. She is the mother of three biological, four adopted, and four foster children, and already a grandmother of seven grandchildren. Natalya is a holder of the Motherhood Order, the winner of the republican competition "Woman of the Year," and a laureate of the regional prize named after Hero of the Soviet Union Zinaida Tusnolobova-Marchenko.
– I am very happy for my city, which now has such a beautiful modern complex, – Natalya shared her impressions. – I will gladly become its regular customer.
Sergey Markevich, Director of RUP "Belorusneft-Vitebskobleneftoprodukt," noted that special attention has been paid to the product range. Now it is not just a filling station, but a real hypermarket for motorists and travelers. Here you can find everything: from high-quality motor oils and car chemicals to tires from a leading manufacturer. And also – seasonal goods: in winter – antifreeze and ice scrapers, in summer – cooling liquids and picnic sets. Add to this a wide selection of drinks, snacks, and souvenirs – and you will understand that the filling station will become a real center of attraction.
– We wanted to create a place where everyone feels cared for and comfortable, – says Sergey Markevich. — And the fact that we opened ahead of schedule is the result of our teamwork and the desire to make our customers' lives more convenient.
Sergey Markevich announced that in the near future, a filling station in Senno will be commissioned, the reconstruction of a filling station in Rossony will begin, and a new facility will be built in the agro-town of Gomel, Polotsk district.
After the ceremony of cutting the symbolic red ribbon and launching balloons in the colors of Belarusian symbols into the sky, the event participants appreciated the 65 sq. m. retail area with a cafeteria, designed in accordance with the unified development concept under the brand "Zauzhdy Tsika a."
– The reconstruction has opened up new service and trade opportunities for us. In this regard, six new jobs have been created, and the staff has doubled, – said Elena Tsaryonok, senior operator of gas station № 63. – Before the reconstruction, we only sold through the operator's window; now, goods are displayed in the sales area, including in open shelving. We offer a wide range of fast food: French dogs, hot dogs, burgers, as well as our own baked goods and a large selection of hot drinks. I believe these innovations will increase customer traffic, although even before the reconstruction, when fuel was the main product, we served more than 400 people per day.
The new multi-fuel complex will contribute to the development of the industrial, agricultural, social, and tourism potential of the district. Moreover, the gas station is expected to be a facility of high service culture and a model of landscaping.
