70 auctions for the sale of unused state property are scheduled for April, most of them at the base rate

The most expensive property sold by the committee in March was a complex of buildings and structures on Novy Byt Street in Vitebsk. Previously, the capital constructions were used by the "Vitebsk Electric Networks" branch of RUP "Vitebskenergo".

The property was put up for auction at its appraised value, without a reduction in the sale price. As a result, a private construction company from Vitebsk region purchased the unified complex at the auction for 247 thousand rubles. The company plans to use the properties to expand its production activities.

In total, over the three months of this year, the committee announced 220 auctions, of which 30 were successful. The state budget was replenished by 632 thousand rubles.

For April, the committee has already put up 70 unused state property objects for auction sale, most of which (43) are offered at the base rate.

Among them are objects of historical and cultural value.

For example, in April, for only 40 rubles, one can purchase the ancient estate "Malye Doltsy", located in the village of Novaya Zhizn, Ushachi district.

The estate was built in 1848. Once, one of the first Belarusian plays "Mikhalka" was staged here in the estate.

Until 2013, the building was used as an office by the local agricultural enterprise.

The mandatory condition for the sale is the performance of repair and restoration work within the deadlines established by the design and estimate documentation, but no later than five years from the date of the sale and purchase agreement.
