60 auctions for the sale of unused state property are scheduled for September

For 8 months of this year, the State Property Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee announced 672 auctions for the sale of unused state property. Also offered for sale were blocks of shares of two enterprises - "Automobile Transport and Forwarding Company of the City of Vitebsk" and "Eton Plant".

80 auctions were successful. This allowed not only to involve unused real estate in the development of the region, but also to replenish the state budget by 2.221 million rubles, which is more than three times the amount of last year.

The most expensive property sold by the committee in August was the treatment building of the dermatovenerological dispensary on Maxim Gorky Street in Vitebsk. For 103 thousand rubles, it was acquired by an individual entrepreneur from Minsk. After reconstruction, it is possible to locate a public facility here.

For September, the committee has scheduled 60 auctions for the sale of unused state property. Including 30 properties are offered for sale at auction for the base value.

Most of the properties offered for sale are former schools, kindergartens, shops, and post offices.

Thus, among the new properties in the Vitebsk region that may be of interest to buyers, the former post office in the agro-town of Olgovo will be put up for sale in September. In the future, the new owner can open a retail facility here, use it as an administrative building, or use the former post office building as a single-family residential house.»
