Alexander Gutska has been appointed Head of the Investigative Committee Department for the Vitebsk Region
The Head of the Investigative Committee Department for the Vitebsk Region has been appointed Colonel of Justice Alexander Gutska. The corresponding decree was signed today by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
Major General of Justice Pavel Ignatov, who previously headed this department, has been relieved of his post and dismissed from service in the Investigative Committee to the reserve with the right to wear the established uniform and insignia.
