The tax authority presents an application for paying professional income tax
The Ministry of Taxes and Levies informs that from January 1, 2023, an additional special tax regime "Professional Income Tax" is introduced, for the application of which an individual is obliged to use a digital platform – the "Professional Income Tax" application ("ProfDohod") (software of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies) using a smartphone or computer (including a tablet) connected to the Internet.
An individual who wishes to switch to the application of the professional income tax is obliged before starting activities:
- install the "ProfDohod" mobile application on their smartphone or tablet, or use the Web version of the application;
- inform the tax authority through the "ProfDohod" application about the application of the professional income tax.
