Organized and as scheduled. How the trial CE went in the Vitebsk region
According to her, all 22 centers in the region opened on schedule. Teachers organized the arrival of schoolchildren to these centers in advance and without unnecessary haste. In total, 5,291 children were registered for today, excluding students who were ill, at the Children's Technopark, or studying at home:
- We are currently collecting complete information from all regions of the oblast. According to preliminary data, we can say that the process went smoothly. All children were admitted to the centers, and they found their classrooms. The organizers assigned to each classroom performed well. Medics were on duty everywhere. It is understandable that for most of the centers that opened today, this was their first experience with the mechanism of organizing such events. It is understandable that everyone was nervous. However, the monitoring of the situation throughout the day showed that everything proceeded in a calm working mode. I cannot yet specify any minor issues or details that require refinement. We will discuss all issues in detail on February 2 after summarizing the information.
Elena Bogdanovich also noted that significant attention was paid to the transportation of 1,277 rural schoolchildren to the examination centers. For this purpose, 99 school buses were used. In Vitebsk, Orsha, Polotsk, and Novopolotsk, the public transport schedule was adjusted for urban schoolchildren whose educational institutions are located more than 500 meters from the centralized exam centers.
The organization of student meals was well thought out. Children who arrived at the district centers of the CE received hot meals upon completion of the exams. Information was also collected following the children's delivery home. Thus, every element of the trial centralized examination was thought out and tracked. Everything went smoothly and without violations, concluded Elena Bogdanovich.
