The district leadership, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Committee for Agriculture and Foodstuffs, Andrey Bulavkin, agricultural trade union leader of the Vitebsk region, Tatyana Dikanova, and Chairman of the Chashniki District Trade Union Organization of Agricultural Workers, Inna Shibanova, came to congratulate the frontrunner on achieving a high result.
