The Vitebsk region administration sent New Year's greetings to the region's residents

The New Year is a time of hopes and opportunities. As we await the chiming of the clock, we sum up the results of the outgoing year and realize that we have something to be proud of.

Under conditions of external economic pressure, Vitebsk region, in its 85th anniversary year, managed to achieve growth to the "pre-sanction" level. The economic complex of the northern region showed positive results in gross regional product, industry, retail and wholesale trade, public catering, construction and installation work, passenger and freight transportation, investment in fixed assets, and export of goods and services.

The outgoing year has shown us all: honest work, dedication, empathy, and a sincere desire to make the lives of our country and region better yield results. We express our immense gratitude to you, dear compatriots, for your professionalism, ability to solve complex problems, striving for the highest goals, devotion, and love for our native land.

We are confident that in the coming year, which will be marked by quality, we will achieve equally worthy results, find new avenues for development, and implement bold and brilliant ideas for the benefit of the country and its people.

In February, we face an important stage – together, on a single voting day, we will elect worthy representatives to the legislative bodies of the Republic of Belarus. The people's elected officials will preserve and strengthen the achievements of their predecessors and set the right course for our Motherland!
