All military commissariats are fulfilling their designated plans, which were approved in October of last year. Military units and formations of the Armed Forces are executing their training plans.

The Presidential decrees "On Conscription for Compulsory Military Service and Reserve Service" and "On Conscription of Reserve Officers for Military Service" have specific meanings. Regarding the first decree, similar ones are issued every six months. This document also implies the discharge of military personnel who have completed their established terms of service in the Armed Forces. Consequently, if we were preparing for war now, no one would be discharged. The second decree is issued annually and implies that young people who have graduated from higher educational institutions and military departments will be sent to military units for service.

Currently, we are preparing for scheduled exercises that were planned back in July of last year. Representatives of the regional military commissariat, Braslav and Chashniki districts, and reserve officers will participate. This is a large-scale event; we began preparing for it at the end of last year, and over 300 people will take part.

There is no reason for concern; everything is proceeding according to plan. At today's board meeting, the Minister of Defense of the country stated that all military personnel of the Republic of Belarus are on the territory of our country.
