The Council of Ministers has adjusted the measures for the implementation of the Orsha district development program until 2023
The set of measures provides for activities to create conditions for population income growth, and ensure a comfortable life through:
- more effective use of the industrial, agrarian, transport and logistics, tourism, and natural resource potential of the Orsha District;
- increasing export of goods;
- intensifying entrepreneurial and investment initiatives.
The set includes goals, objectives, goal achievement indicators, and results indicators for the implementation of objectives, as well as measures in such areas as industry, agro-industrial complex and forestry, transport, smart city, housing and communal services, healthcare, education, tourism, employment, etc.
"The implementation of the measures within the set of measures will contribute to the restoration and growth of the economic potential of the Orsha District, an increase in citizens' incomes and an improvement in their quality of life, the creation of a comfortable and safe environment, as well as a reduction in the subsidization of the local budget," the document states.
The resolution comes into force after its official publication.
