A distillery in the Senno district, along with 120 other state property objects, will be offered for sale at auctions in October at the base value.

Спиртзавод в Сенненском районе за базовую величину и еще 120 объектов госимущества предлагаются к продаже на аукционах в октябре.
In October, the committee put 120 real estate objects up for auction. Among them are also objects of historical and cultural value.

Thus, for sale at auction at a base rate, a former distillery is offered, located in the agro-town of Plamya, Senno District.

The distillery buildings are part of the "Staraya Belitsa" estate complex, built in the early 19th century. In the 17th-18th centuries, the estate belonged to the Sapegas, and later to the Svyatskys.

Under them, the Belitsa estate was one of the richest manor yards in Belarusian lands. Here, alcohol was purified, flour was milled, groats were hulled, cheese and butter were produced using the most modern technologies, which were sold throughout the Russian Empire.

The estate was also a cultural center. An amateur theater was created here. Many people rested in Belitsa, including students, writers, and artists. At one time, the future classic of Belarusian literature, Yanka Kupala, served here.

In Soviet times, a agricultural college was located here, then a state farm was established. The winery, brick factory, and dairy plant continued to operate.

The starting sale price of the distillery complex is 200 rubles – one base rate for each capital construction.

On the allocated land plots with an area of more than 1 hectare, it is possible to place objects of administrative, socio-cultural purpose, and use them for entrepreneurial activities.

In total, over 9 months of this year, the committee held 91 successful auctions for the sale of unused state property. The state budget was replenished by 5698792 rubles.
