Events of the Republican Festival "Novopolotsk – Youth Capital of Belarus-2023" and the forum "Belarus. Youth. Creation" have started.

Among the participants of the large-scale events are young people, including members of the Public Republican Student Council under the Ministry of Education of Belarus, chairpersons of student trade union committees of higher education institutions, secretaries of primary organizations of the BRSM NGO in universities, members of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education, young ambassadors of the Sustainable Development Goals, the Council of Working Youth, chairpersons of the youth parliament under the regional (Minsk city) Council of Deputies, leaders of the youth wing of the BSW NGO, specialists in youth work at enterprises, vice-rectors and youth work specialists.

After the registration of the holiday participants, the national flash mob "Year of Peace and Creation" will take place at Polotsk State University named after E. Polotskaya.

Within the framework of the forum, various platforms will be launched to discuss current issues of concern to youth, thematic presentation platforms and exhibitions. A Republican seminar-meeting "Organization of Work with Student Youth in the Context of Changed and Updated Legislative and Regulatory Legal Acts" will be held.

The cultural program for the event participants includes the interactive quest "Scout" and an intellectual quiz, and a karaoke battle.

The events will last for three days. Tomorrow, the solemn opening ceremony of the republican holiday "Youth Capital of the Republic of Belarus-2023" and the republican forum "Belarus. Youth. Creation" will take place at the Palace of Culture of Naftan OJSC.
