Sharkovshchina will become the capital of "Dozhinki-2023"

Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin at the regional festival-fair "Dozhynki-2022" in Glubokoye noted:

"September 17 is a significant day in the history of our country. On this day in 1939, the reunification of the Western and Eastern parts of Belarus began. Thanks to the events of those years, our state ceased to be divided. The Day of National Unity, like "Dozhynki", holds a special place in our calendar. Our generation has the task of strengthening the independence of our Motherland. And it is strengthened by socio-economic stability. The well-being of the country's residents is created by the workers of the land.

In the current agricultural season, we have managed to achieve the best results compared to previous years. The total weight of the Vitebsk region's loaf exceeded 1,100 thousand tons with an average yield of over 30 centners per hectare. A quarter was formed by the Orsha and Vitebsk districts.

"Dozhynki-2022" is a bright chapter in the history of the Glubokoye district. Great transformations have taken place in the district center and they will continue.

Traditionally, at the festival, the baton of the next year's "Dozhynki" is passed on. Sharkovshchina will become the capital of "Dozhynki-2023".

We are all united by working the land for the sake of achievements and well-being of everyone. Your successes are of great importance for our region. Happy holiday!"
