Vitebsk opens renovated Beltelecom service center
– Today, it's not just about communication, but a large number of projects, including the "My City" mobile application, and a "smart" bus stop that was launched before the official opening of "Slavianski Bazaar," – noted **Alexander Subbotin**. – "Beltelecom's" service is transforming from a telecommunications structure into a single operator for providing digital services. Ideological and creative specialists work here. It is gratifying to note that the problem of internet quality, its delivery to remote areas, which has been raised more than once during citizen receptions and direct lines, has disappeared. This is an indicator of the development and equipment level of both the region and the country. The service center operates on a one-stop-shop principle, with a hall administrator meeting and consulting clients. An electronic queue system is organized to manage visitor flow, and there is comfortable seating, an information display, and air conditioning. Accessible environment for people with additional needs is also provided: a system of auditory, visual, and tactile information, and ramps are installed. The hall is divided into different zones: comfortable service areas, convenient waiting areas, and, of course, children's corners. In the product demonstration area, there is an internet showcase where you can familiarize yourself with the full list of products sold by the company, view their functionality, characteristics, and much more.
– Our new service center, opened in the year of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, promises to be a place where customers can not only receive quality service but also expect a pleasant pastime in a comfortable environment. The first visitor to the service center 20 years ago was Evgenia Pronko. During the opening, she thanked "Beltelecom" for fulfilling its social function.

There, for instance, you can easily make an appointment with a doctor.
