An oblast pedagogical conference of education and science workers was held in Vitebsk
The conference is attended by the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin, the President's Aide – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Igor Brylo, and the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Durnov.
The conference opened with an exhibition showcasing the work experience of the region's educational institutions: methodological developments by teachers, creative works by students, and vocational training masters.
Over a thousand educators, representatives of education departments and educational institutions, arrived at the conference.
The large pedagogical council will discuss the implementation of innovations in teaching. One of these is the final examination campaign under new rules, specifically the centralized examination. The average result of graduates across all subjects in the region was a respectable 65 points.
This year, approximately 117 thousand children will attend school.
